These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at apexconsulting.com (the "Site") operated by Apex Consulting Group, Inc. ("Apex," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. The terms governing professional consulting, advisory, and technology services provided by Apex are set forth in separate, executed engagement agreements ("Statements of Work" or "Master Services Agreements") between Apex and the applicable client entity. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of an executed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" include that organization.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems, networks, or servers
• Use automated tools (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access, index, or copy Site content without our prior written consent

4. Confidentiality

Information submitted to Apex through contact forms, RFP submissions, or other communications may include business-sensitive information. Apex treats all such communications as confidential and does not disclose them to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

These Terms do not create a formal confidentiality agreement between you and Apex with respect to information submitted through the Site. If you require a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing proprietary information, please contact us to request one before submitting any sensitive information.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
