Client engagement data is retained for 7 years following the close of an engagement, consistent with standard business and legal recordkeeping requirements. Employment application data is retained for 2 years following the close of a hiring process, regardless of outcome.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication requirements, regular security assessments, and vendor security reviews.
